THI Insurance was formed in March of 2001, in order to serve Timberline Home's customers in a more thorough manner. THI Insuranace specializes in the insuring of manufactured homes. We have many markets and are able to write insurance not only in the state of Alabama, but also in the states of Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Tennessee as well.
THI insuance is managed by Steve Nelson, Jr., and Steve has been with Timbeline since its inception in 2001. He has 19 years of exeperience in the insurance business and has been a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) for 15 years. While THI Insurance specializes in mobile home insurance, we also write other lines of business. These include auto and homeowners as well as motorcycle and boat insuance. THI Insurance also has the lowest rates for life insurance.
THI Insurance is a full service agency and a member of the Alabama Independent Insuarance Agents (AIIA).
